Word and Deed
The Aquinas Institute Annual Fund
Why an Annual Fund?
Like most theological schools, our tuition does not cover our operating expenses and Aquinas relies on the generosity of friends who believe in our mission. Your gift makes a meaningful difference to the entire Aquinas community and enables us to continue to offer our students a first-rate theological education.
How do we use donations to the Word and Deed Annual Fund?
Your tax-deductible gift makes it possible for Aquinas to:
- Provide scholarships and financial aid for future preachers, teachers, and Church leaders, many of whom would not be able to pursue a career in ministry without assistance
- Attract and retain an outstanding faculty and staff
- Create a joy-filled community of learners centered around the Word of God
- Ensure that the Church has well-trained theologians and pastoral ministers to meet the needs of the people of God
Please consider a gift to the Annual Fund to ensure we can continue our tradition of academic excellence in the Dominican tradition.

Amidst continued disruptions and challenging circumstances on many fronts through the world, Aquinas Institute has stood strong. As we continued to negotiate the rapidly changing landscape of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, its new variants, and the social and political chaos that mark our times, Aquinas Institute’s Board of Trustees, faculty, staff, students, and alumni have demonstrated strength and perseverance and an enduring commitment to advancing our mission preparing the next generation of Church leaders to go forth into the world preaching the Gospel in word and deed.
This is just a quick glance at everything that we have accomplished this year. To see the bigger picture, read our Annual Report for 2020-2021 below. Thank you so much for your continued support and engagement in Aquinas Institute of Theology.
