Sr. Sara Fairbanks, O.P.
Associate Professor of Preaching and Evangelization
Sara Fairbanks, O.P., a Dominican Sister of Adrian, Michigan, is an Associate Professor of Preaching and Evangelization. Sr. Fairbanks earned the Bachelor of Arts in History from Wilson College in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; the Master of Arts in Theology from Aquinas Institute of Theology in St. Louis, Missouri, and the Doctor of Philosophy in Systematic Theology from the University of St. Michael's College of the University of Toronto in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Before coming to Aquinas Institute of Theology Dr. Fairbanks taught at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. Fairbanks' areas of expertise are homiletics, theology of lay ecclesial ministry, theology of preaching, practical theology and Christian anthropology.
