About the Work Study Program
Work Study at Aquinas is a form of financial aid. Work Study awards are provided to students as part of a merit-based scholarship award. The Work Study program provides students the opportunity to pursue their studies while also gaining work experience in a professional environment.

It is important that you download and use this timesheet to record and report all of your work study hours. Please note that if you hold two positions you must submit a separate timesheet for each position.
This document was designed to assist students in tracking hours worked, wages earned, and hours left to schedule. While students are not required to use this tool, we highly recommend it!

This is a position with the Congregation of the Mission (Vincentians), who occupy the lower level of the Aquinas Institute building. The Administrative Student Assistant will assist the Office Manager in a variety of regular administrative, communications, and human resources functions as well as lending assistance in occasional special projects.
The Enrollment Management Admissions Assistant will assist in all duties of the recruitment and admissions process. Will serve as a front-line communicator with faculty, staff, and prospective students.
The Graduate Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Development Department in efforts related to fundraising, grant research, and hospitality. Learn first hand options in non-traditional ministry.
This assistant will have various duties relating to the Student Affairs Office and the Registrar's office.

The Development Student Assistant will be responsible for assisting the development office in efforts related to direct mail appeals, grant research, special events, and donor relations.

The graduate assistant will assist Dr. Clem with responsibilities related to the Ashley-O'Rourke Center and the Health Care Mission programs offered by Aquinas Institute.
The faculty research assistant will assist Dr. Chase in a number of research projects. The goal is to help Dr. Chase with those projects while also learning important research and writing skills that can benefit the student in his/her own work and future career
The graduate assistant will assist Dr. Clem in his work related to academia as well as his work as professor.
The student will aid in research and preparation for a March 11-14, 2024, scholarly symposium at Aquinas Institute on "The Pastoral Charge for Lay Catholic Eucharistic Preaching." The student will participate in the symposium, with the possibility of joint authorship of a post-symposium article for publication.

Assist Dr. Abril in the research and writing process for a work on its way to being published. This is a great opportunity for an academically-oriented student to learn more about the research, writing, and publication process, as well as to learn a lot in the area of evolutionary theology.
The Marketing and Communications Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Marketing and Communications Department in efforts related to communicating the mission and brand of Aquinas Institute of Theology to community members.
The Student/Community Life Assistant will assist in the Student Services Committee in building community. Will serve as a front line communicator with students.
