Policy, Procedures and Training Overview
The policy, procedures and training delineated in this document set forth Aquinas Institute of Theology’s obligations under the 2020 Title IX Regulations. This policy also includes Aquinas’ obligations under the 2013 Clery Amendments pertaining to sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. |
Statement of Non-Discrimination
Aquinas Institute of Theology does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its educational programs and activities, including employment and admission. Complaints of discrimination based on sex will be handled under Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy, Procedures, and Training.
