Aquinas Institute has improved its transcript request process! We have partnered with Parchment so that transcripts can now be requested and delivered electronically. Click the Parchment logo to create an account with Parchment, place a transcript order, and submit payment. There is a $4.50 fee per transcript. Once you have begun your online application to Aquinas, you can return to it at any time before you submit it for review. Within the application you are able to ask questions of our admissions staff directly.
Release of Records
Aquinas Institute affirms the concept of personal privacy and confidentiality of records, and adheres to the letter and spirit of the provisions of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 as they pertain to higher education.
Please find student registration forms and guides (i.e. Change of Registration, Cross-Registration, Withdrawal) on Populi in the Files menu.
When all degree requirements have been completed, students must complete an Application for Graduation. The student is responsible for filling out Part I of the application and meeting with the academic advisor to complete Part II. The student submits the form to the Assistant to the Academic Dean. The Dean then presents graduation candidates to the faculty for approval.
Graduation forms can be found on Populi. Open the Files menu and graduation forms are in the shared files folder.
