Transcripts of Records
To send a transcript, current students and former students must fill out an Official Transcript Request Form. Upon written authorization from the student, the Registrar's Office will release official academic records. Transcripts will not be released if the student's financial account is in arrears. If a rush delivery is necessary, please contact the Registrar (additional fees apply). Please note that an electronic signature is not a valid form of identification.
Release of Records
Aquinas Institute affirms the concept of personal privacy and confidentiality of records, and adheres to the letter and spirit of the provisions of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 as they pertain to higher education.
Cohort students must still consult with his or her Academic Advisor prior to registering.
Please find student registration forms and guides (i.e. Change of Registration, Cross-Registration, Withdrawal) on Populi in the Files menu.
When all degree requirements have been completed, students must complete an Application for Graduation. The student is responsible for filling out Part I of the application and meeting with the academic advisor to complete Part II. The student submits the form to the Assistant to the Academic Dean. The Dean then presents graduation candidates to the faculty for approval.
Graduation forms can be found on Populi. Open the Files menu and graduation forms are in the shared files folder.
