The Enrollment Management Admissions Assistant will assist in all duties of the recruitment and admissions process. Will serve as a front-line communicator with faculty, staff, and prospective students.

Enrollment Management Admissions Assistant 

Hours: 10-15/week 
Reporting to: Assistant Coordinator of Admissions and Financial Aid, Diane Parker 

Description: The Enrollment Management Assistant will assist in all duties of the recruitment and admissions process. Will serve as a front-line communicator with faculty, staff, and prospective students. 

Duties: 

  • Assist with the preparation of admissions correspondence: mailings, emails, errands, and other duties as assigned 
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of all campus visit programs. May include on-campus and virtual events. Includes, but is not limited to: Information Sessions, Campus Visits, Admitted Student Tours, and New Student Orientation. Participation in all campus visit programs is required. 
  • Communicate with prospective students, schedule and coordinate student visits 
  • Attend and coordinate student volunteers for the Fellowship of Catholic University Students SEEK Conference 
  • Actively participates as a member of the Student Services Committee by taking minutes at the meetings, sending reminders to the committee’s members prior to meetings, and gathering ideas for topics to be discussed at the meetings 
  • Invite and engage the entire community in worship, prayer, recreational, and community building events/experiences 
  • Assist in the implementation and planning of student/community enrichment events. May include: awareness campaigns, speakers, films, service experiences, bible studies, happy hour, and small communities of faith.

Qualifications: 

  • Positively supports the mission of the Enrollment Management office and demonstrates enthusiasm for the institution, students, faculty, staff, and co-curricular programming 
  • Be willing to gain an in-depth knowledge of the institution and its resources 
  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, as well as interactively with various technologies 
  • Be willing to help students with personal concerns (including, but not limited to housing, parking, social interactions, self-care, academic pressures, loneliness, etc.) 
  • Demonstrate sensitivity/interest in diversity/cultural differences; ability to effectively communicate with a variety of personalities
  • Function effectively in a fast-paced and energetic team environment 
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills
