Cost of Attendance
In addition to tuition, students should budget additional costs, such as fees, books, and living expenses.

*Alumni Audit Rate is available for graduates of Aquinas Institute of Theology who are taking classes as a non-degree seeking audit student. Returning students taking classes as a non-degree for-credit student or those enrolled in a degree or certificate program are ineligible for this rate.

Fees
Payment of Tuition and Fees
All tuition and fees are due at the beginning of the term as communicated by the business office. Invoices are payable in U.S. currency by cash, check, or credit card (Master Card, Visa, and Discover). If a student chooses to pay though Populi using a credit or debit card, there is a 3.1% convenience fee on total charges.
Payment plans are available to students. A $50 flat fee is charged each semester a student chooses to use the payment plan option and is due with the first payment of the semester.
Diplomas and transcripts will not be released if a student’s financial account is in arrears.
Withdrawals & Refunds
Approved withdrawals from a course or from Aquinas Institute of Theology may entitle you to a tuition refund. Change of registration from for credit to audit may only be processed before the second week of classes each semester.
Fees are not refunded in the case of a withdrawal. Tuition is refunded according to the following schedule:
