Transcripts of Records

To send a transcript, current students and former students must fill out a Transcript Request Form. Upon written authorization from the student, the Registrar's Office will release official academic records.Transcripts will not be released if the student's financial account is in arrears. If a rush delivery is necessary, please contact the Registrar (additional fees apply).Please note that an electronic signature is not a valid form of identification.

Release of Records

Aquinas Institute affirms the concept of personal privacy and confidentiality of records, and adheres to the letter and spirit of the provisions of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 as they pertain to higher education.

Cohort Schedules

You must still consult with your Academic Advisor prior to registering.


Graduation Information/Forms

When all degree requirements have been completed, students must complete an Application for Graduation. The student is responsible for filling out Part I of the application and meeting with the academic adviser to complete Part II. The completed form should be submitted to the Assistant to the Academic Dean. The Dean then presents graduation candidates to the faculty for approval.
