Saturday, September 29 | 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Are you interested in developing Emotional Intelligence (or EQ) to take your leadership to the next level - whether in business, family, or coaching? Most EQ training focuses only on external behaviors and skills; but this is only the tip of the iceberg. Transformational leaders need a way to access the wisdom of "deep emotional intelligence," the iceberg under conscious awareness. This workshop will show you how to develop a daily contemplative practice (such as mindfulness, meditation, or silent prayer) in a way that unlocks the leadership potential frozen in your non-conscious awareness.
- Develop deep emotional intelligence by learning how to work wisely with the conscious and non-conscious emotions that drive your behavior and influence your leadership style
- Commit to a daily contemplative practice that helps to unfreeze your deep emotional intelligence
- Create a long-term plan for growth into becoming a more effective transformational leader
