Joseph Milner is a lay minister in the Catholic tradition. He is a Pastoral Associate at St. Francis Xavier College Church with responsibilities for Adult Christian Initiation, Liturgy and Marriage Prep. His schedule varies based on the needs of the parish community. He has worked in Adult Initiation for 30 years and is currently serving as the Archdiocesan Director of Christian Initiation and is also an adjunct faculty member at Aquinas Institute of Theology.
Joseph Milner invites interns to reflect on their experience from various perspectives. He tries to be supportive yet encouraging to move toward fuller use of each intern’s gifts and talents. He can serve as an off-site supervisor.
