"The Importance of Traveling Light" - Theology for Life series program

Professor Belden Lane of St. Louis University will present the Theology for Life series for Spring of 2014 at Aquinas Institute of Theology. This topic for the first session is "Backpacking with the Saints - Nature Wandering as Spiritual Practice", in which he draws from his years of solo hiking experience to suggest a pattern of wilderness spirituality that can be lived in everyday life. This initial series program will take place on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at the Aquinas Institute campus at 23 South Spring Ave. – St. Louis, MO 63108.

Following programs in the series, which will take place at the same time and place, include:
The Importance of Traveling Light with Dag Hammarskjold” on March 4th
• “The practice of mindfulness with Thich Nhat Hanh” on March 11th
• “Failure and Forgiveness with Martin Luther” on March 18th
• “The Celebration of Holy Folly with Thomas Merton” on March 25th.
