LOUS) – Aquinas Institute of Theology presents the 2010-2011 season of  Roundtable Lecture Series: Navigate a Changing World with Faith. The Roundtable is presented monthly beginning this year on September 15, and features lectures offered by Aquinas Institute’s faculty members on a variety of subjects. Topics draw on the Church’s theological and spiritual heritage, and invite listeners to reflect on the interaction of faith with dimensions of wider culture and to consider the ways in which  faith speaks to  challenges faced in daily life. The lectures for the 2010-2011 series begin in September and end in June, and the topics and speakers are as follows: September 15, 2010 – Fr. Seán Martin The Book of Revelation: The Justice of God Prevails. October 20, 2010 – Celeste Mueller, D.Min. Reflections on  Eat, Pray, Love November 17, 2010 – Fr. Harry Byrne, O.P. The Healing Grace of Forgiveness: The Power to Let Go of Hurt and Resentment January 19, 2011 – Sr. Colleen Mallon, O.P. God in My Life:  What Does Trinity Have to Do with It? February 16, 2011 – Sr. Carla Mae Streeter, O.P. Jewish-Christian Relations: Where Next?  A Dialogue with Rabbi Susan Talve March 23, 2011 – Fr. David Wright, O.P. A New Order of Mass! Why? What? When? April 27, 2011 -  Ann Garrido, D. Min Talking and Learning about God from Children May 18, 2011 – Fr. Gregory Heile, O.P. The Catholic Church Hopes for the Future: What Does One Generation Offer Another? June 15, 2011 – Fr. Richard Peddicord, O.P. Commentary on Caritas in Veritate The Roundtable Series is open to all who are interested, meeting this year at a new location: The Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel, located at 7730 Bonhomme, Clayton, Missouri 63105. Registration is requested seven days or more before each Roundtable lecture. Lunch is included in the $23.00 charge for each monthly session. Check-in and seating begins for each lecture at 11:00 a.m, followed by lunch at 11:30. Lectures begin at noon. Parking for Roundtable guests is free.
