To help celebrate the launching of the new website, Aquinas Institute of Theology is conducting a promotional video contest aimed at visualizing the Aquinas Mission Statement -

Impelled by the Catholic faith and the Dominican mission, Aquinas Institute of Theology educates men and women to preach, to teach, to minister, and to lead.

We take our Mission very seriously and we are curious to see how you, as a member of the Aquinas community, would express Aquinas’ mission through the medium of digital video. Your enthusiastic and articulate expression could win a scholarship for tuition costs!

Entry Guidelines

Each entry must be digitally created by a current student, alumnus/a, or friend of Aquinas Institute of Theology. The digital video is to be 3-5 minutes (no more than 5 minutes) in length and exported in full-digital quality. The video file is to be burnt to a DVD and submitted by mail or dropped off to Aquinas Institute.
The subject of the video is to promote the school’s mission statement.

If the video contains copyrighted material including all music and media sources, each contestant should secure permission from the copyright holder so the work can be shown publicly and used later for promotional purposes. Permissions and contact information for copyright holders must accompany submission. Copyright holders will be contacted to verify permission has been successfully obtained.

There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes. Each winner will receive a scholarship which they can apply to their tuition at Aquinas Institute during the 2011-2012 academic year.
