Bishop Timothy Senior, rector of St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Wynwood, Pennsylvania, presided at a Eucharist for all seminary rectors and presidents attending the annual National Catholic Education Association’s (NCEA) Seminary gathering. Msgr. David Toups, rector of St. Vincent de Paul Seminary in Boyton Beach, Florida hosted the Mass and a dinner for NCEA participants. This annual NCEA conference allows rectors and presidents to discuss important and pertinent issues around human formation, spiritual formation, intellectual formation and the pastoral formation in the training of men preparing for the priesthood.
