The Pope Paul VI Institute MT 105 Health Care Ethics: Getting Clear on Catholic Teaching course aims to clarify Church teachings on health care ethics, focusing particularly on beginning-and-end-of-life issues. Students participating in this course come from the fields of hospital chaplancy, catholic school educators, and nurses.
"Aquinas Institute of Theology is pleased to make classroom space available for on-going education and formation with the Archdiocese of St. Louis around the very important topics of Church teaching and healthcare ethics," said Aquinas Institute President, David Caron, O.P. "These collaborative opportunities between Aquinas Institute and the Archdiocese make for a better and more informed church. It is a blessing to have the students of the Pope Paul VI Institute here at Aquinas."
